While these things can keep you up and able to study for longer, they will make you very tired in the morning. After using chemical stimulants for a while, you will need more and more and that can be damaging to your overall physical and mental health. During college, become involved in lots of activities. If you do a lot of activities, you will be able to use them on your resume. You do need to make sure your grades do not suffer. So don't overdo it, and leave time for studying. Take the time to exercise or take a walk and keep physically active. It is a way to stage of those extra calories, and a great place to socialize. There also may be people you can find to go to the gym with you and that is good if you need to expand your social network. College can be very intimidating, and some people cut-out too soon; prepare yourself well and stay committed for the long haul.
